The cost of creating a design project is $50/m², but the final price depends on the size of the space. As the area increases, the cost per square meter decreases. For spaces larger than 200 m², the price per square meter is reduced. Conversely, for areas smaller than 100 m², the price per square meter increases. Therefore, it is always necessary to clarify the total project cost individually.

Please note the pricing for author supervision and management starts at $20/m². The base price is $20/m², but the final cost depends on the size of the property. Typically, supervision and communication during renovations require approximately 170 hours of work, which we take care of for you.

What Is Included in Author Supervision and Management:

• Site visits by the designer to ensure the quality of work and compliance with the project.
• Ongoing communication with contractors to address issues and ensure smooth progress.
• Searching for alternative options for specified materials when necessary.
• Preparation of calculations and invoices for materials (e.g., plumbing, lighting fixtures, electrical fittings, etc.), excluding rough construction materials.
• Monitoring timely deliveries of materials to the site.

Additionally, there is an option for showroom visits or trips to nurseries with the client, starting from $100 per visit.
